- Both were silly and pop culture, but since Paris Hilton is a pop celebrity hers was more effective.

- Pop-style mockery, that fluffy sort of wit, should be left to pop stars. Both ads' "message" was mockery, but Paris' was more effective because it's her job to speak like that. McCain was trying to paint himself as hip and witty, but that sort of thing has no place in politics.
